Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FF Dispatch's website (dispatchff.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Description
FF Dispatch provides truck dispatch services to owner-operators and carriers, including but not limited to:
- Load matching and booking
- Rate negotiation with brokers and shippers
- Paperwork and documentation support
- Route planning assistance
- 24/7 support and communication
Service Agreement
Dispatch Fee
Our standard dispatch fee is a percentage of the gross load revenue, as agreed upon in your individual service agreement. The current standard rate is 6% of gross revenue. This fee is only charged on loads that we successfully book for you.
No Contracts
FF Dispatch operates with a simple service agreement—not a contract. There are no binding terms that lock you in or force anything. You are free to discontinue services at any time with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business through results every day.
Trial Period
We offer a free trial week to new clients. During this period, you can experience our services before making any financial commitment.
Carrier Responsibilities
As a carrier using our services, you agree to:
- Maintain valid operating authority (MC/DOT numbers)
- Maintain all required insurance coverage
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your equipment and availability
- Communicate promptly regarding load status and any issues
- Complete booked loads in accordance with shipper requirements
- Pay dispatch fees as agreed upon
Our Responsibilities
FF Dispatch agrees to:
- Act in your best interest when negotiating rates and booking loads
- Provide transparent information about all loads and rates
- Communicate promptly and professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of your business information
- Provide support as outlined in your service agreement
Limitation of Liability
FF Dispatch is a dispatch service provider, not a broker, carrier, or shipper. We do not take possession of freight or assume liability for cargo claims, accidents, or losses that occur during transportation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FF Dispatch shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Actions or omissions of brokers, shippers, or other third parties
- Cargo damage, theft, or loss
- Equipment breakdown or failures
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the dispatch fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FF Dispatch, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your operation of commercial motor vehicles
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Any cargo claims related to your transportation services
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of business information shared during the course of our relationship. This includes rates, customer information, and operational details. This obligation survives termination of services.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FF Dispatch and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Scrape or collect data without permission
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding dispatch fees become immediately due
- We will complete coordination for any loads already booked
- Confidentiality obligations continue
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in Delaware.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any individual service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and FF Dispatch regarding our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
