Why We Started FF Dispatch
FF Dispatch was founded in 2022 after seeing too many hardworking owner-operators struggle with low rates, endless paperwork, and dispatch services that over-promised and under-delivered.
Our founder, Levon Grigoryan, spent years working on the broker side of logistics starting in 2019. During this time, he witnessed firsthand how the market was stacked against carriers — the very people doing the hardest work had the smallest voice in negotiations. Drivers were working 70+ hour weeks but barely making ends meet because they were spending 15-20 hours per week searching for loads, negotiating with lowball offers, and chasing paperwork instead of actually driving.
We knew there had to be a better way.
We built FF Dispatch on three core principles: Transparency, Results, and Partnership.

Levon started in logistics in 2019 on the broker side, where he quickly realized the market was fundamentally unfair to carriers. Despite doing the hardest work, carriers had the weakest negotiating power and the smallest voice. After years of witnessing this imbalance, he founded FF Dispatch in 2022 with a clear mission: to stand firmly on the carrier's side, amplify their voices, and bring much-needed balance to the freight market. Today, FF Dispatch represents 500+ carriers, ensuring they get fair rates and the respect they've always deserved.
